In its most basic sense, meditation is the ability to become familiar with. Familiar with your thoughts, emotions, feelings, habits, relationships. It is the ability to create awareness.

And by creating awareness you can become familiar with yourself, and all your thoughts, emotions, feelings, habits, and relationships. 

With its many aspects, I invite you to start a daily practice so that you can begin to feel all the beautiful benefits meditation has to offer!

Meditation can best be described as an experience.

My Meditation story

I started meditation and exploring energy around the time we were wanting to have kids. Starting a family did not come easy for us, it took much time and we have experienced miscarriages.

I tried going the traditional route with doctors but ending up feeling worse and had that deep-seated feeling that there had to be a better way. I began to meditate and develop an awareness to my thoughts, habits, lifestyle, and I noticed how they were working against me.

As I became more aware in my life, I began to make small changes that began to have big impacts. I began to learn how to love myself, and in doing so, to treat myself in a way that supports my health.

I am now both mentally and physically stronger. I have a thirst for life and many new skills to help me tackle the demands of life. I have the understanding of feeling joy! We also have 3 beautiful babies, and now I am crazy passionate about sharing meditation with others!
